• No, Upon entry all food is complimentary while supplies last.

Do I have to pay for alcoholic beverages and coffee once I enter the event?

• No, Upon entry alcoholic beverages and coffee are complimentary while supplies last.​

I purchased a ticket and can’t attend, can I give my ticket to someone else?

• Yes, please send us an email at info@festiveict.com and we will transfer your ticket to whomever you choose. 

Can I leave and Come back in?

• NO, Single Entry, once you leave you will have to pay to get back in.

What’s your refund policy? 

• Absolutely no refunds at any time. The only exception for refunds MAY occur Festive ICT decides to postpone or cancel the event for any reason.
